TLDR for potential hires: 99% of full-time hires will emerge from freelance/contract gigs, ex. gigs/bounties shared in our Nyno community.


Hiring is an asymmetric bet on a long-term relationship. The cost is immediate, the upside compounds. Because of this asymmetry, we hire deliberately and only when it’s best to do so.

FlowAGI / Nyno is a startup, so to grow effectively, we have to play by startup related truths.

How FlowAGI Hires

  1. As an automation-heavy company, our default response is redesign, not headcount.
  2. 99% of hires start as a freelance gig or contract work, with clear scope and good compensation.
  3. Long-term commitment follows proven, real collaboration — there will be zero need for CVs or interviews. 99% of Positions are Fully Remote.
